WITH the end of the season drawing closer, many are turning their attention to the play-off finals for the Football League.

Due to the World Cup starting on June 14, fixtures have been reversed so that any players who are called up for international duty have the most time to recover.

THIS year the Championship final will take place on Saturday, May 26 – usually this game would be played on the Bank Holiday Monday. 

It means that the League One final will be played on Sunday, May 27.

Bank Holiday Monday will be for the League Two play-off final.

What channel can I watch it on and can I live stream it?

NO details have been announced yet as to the live coverage of the games but they will be on SkySports.

THE EFL league season finishes on the weekend of Saturday, May  5. 

It has not yet been announced when the semi-finals will take place – this will probably be confirmed after the season has finished, with police often demanding certain matches take place on certain dates.
